Procurement analysis
According to customers' specific procurement requirements, we are analysing product, technology, and industry characteristics, creating customised sourcing plans, conducting supplier sourcing and screening and audit, evaluating supplier size, technology, equipment, production, capacity, price, and quality control.
Supplier selection
Focus on drawing review, technical analysis, cost analysis, production process, process stage and critical process control points. Submitting bids from two to three alternative suppliers and comparing their advantages, disadvantages, and reasons for the recommendation and finally determining one supplier.
Project development
Control of critical risk points for the clients. With the suppliers, we put together a project team and develop a project schedule. We also evaluate the suppliers' model development, sample delivery, pilot production planning and delivery schedules.
Mold making
On-site evaluation of mold factory design, production, commissioning, finishing capacities, as well as evaluation of mold flow analysis, runner and exhaust scheme.
Sample making
On-site production tracking of blank and/or machining of samples, confirmation of casting and machining schemes, determination of real production capacity, testing methods and testing tools, completion of sample test reports until the delivery of qualified samples.
Small batch production
Solidify process parameters in the small-batch stage, form standard work instructions, flow charts, and control plan documents; submit PPAP certification package data according to system requirements.
Production progress tracking
From receiving customer requirements and orders, bdp MC supports customers through full product development to stable mass production. We then track production progress for customers and regularly report on contract production status while visiting the factory to ensure product quality.
Mass production
Batch delivery inspection and confirmation, product audit, regular process audit, such as VDA6.3 audit, special process or procedure audit (such as heat treatment and galvanizing), change management and traceability confirmation, quality problem solutions, 8D report submission and relevant supplier system certification.
Product delivery
Conduct final inspection before delivery, check product package and label, contact forwarder for booking and shipping matters, check the packing list and invoices, etc.
